Thyrotropic epoxy Ceramic adhesive system preϐilled with glass ϐiber reinforcement. This system is suitable to provide working time more than 4 hrs @ 55 oC with low exothermic reaction even when it is used in thick sections of large components. This adhesive system is also capable to maintain thixotropy at higher working temperature, up to 45 oC and suitable to ϐill in wide gaps, up to 40 mm, without sagging. The joints cured at room temperature provide excellent handing strength, the optimum properties, however, will only be reached after post curing at temperature of more than 40 oC. Fully cured composites prepared by this system are recommended to operate between - 70 to 90 oC temperature
