MASTERSEAL water repellent, KEN CC-701, is Siloxane & Silane-based transparent water-repellent liquid. It is prepared of Siloxane & Silane polymers dispersed in boiling solvent under precise environment. It is used for waterproofing of exposed and rendered brick and stone masonry walls, concrete & cementitious vertical walls of building as it penetrates deeply into the substrate & provides an excellently effective water repellent protective coating. It does not change the aesthetics of the substrate. The water-repellent coating resists ultraviolet rays and is highly durable in terms of life expectancy.
